A Mark of Power and Strength
Reading through a blog entry of Rebecca, a recent babyloss mother, I am refreshed by a quote she shared that was also contributed to her by a fellow blogger. To me, it spoke exactly of how Jhon and I feel about our sorrow.

So glad the quote spoke to your grief in such a personal way too. Thank you for the encouragement & kind words...I'm trying to take things day by day, it just hits so hard sometimes. I do have faith that I will survive though and that gives me some hope...although I do know I am forever changed.
ReplyDeleteRebecca, your wounds are so raw and you are allowed, more so entitled, to grieve at your own pace. Getting in touch with your feelings of grief is very helpful, better yet, necessary. Please do take your time. You and your husband deserve to grieve for your Lilian Grace. Do not get discouraged, your wounds will never truly heal, but in time, acceptance will make life easier to handle and live by.
